2013 had a ruptured (L) colic artery. Not very nice. Repaired by radiographed anterior procedure. (Dr Vivec Shrivastava, Hull). Probable result of previous type A aortic dissection of aortic root, pericardial tamponade, ascending, arch, and descending aorta by emergency repair in 2008.
very helpful but you tend to over complicate sometimes and information given are not organised during the presentaion, i had to check Wikipedia a few times to get this one down

Can someone tell me what pass behind of the duodenum second part? I think is left renal vein but I'm not sure. :/ Please help.
it is right renal vessels
