+ReefAdvicer used the front coolant drain plug on the block.From there with 6an line to turbo and from the turbo to radiator. Bought complete set from B&R fittings.

What happened with the block? Cracked stock sleeves?

Patrik Pospíšil Sleeves were fine, somehow a valve broke which in turn destroyed al 4 valves in that chamber and a piston. Head was beyond repair.

Equensu Okay, the valves were Stock? Did you use blockquard in the block? How's the project now? I am from the Czech Republic and I building the TopMount 6262 turbo, the only thing I do not have is a block. I do not know how much power is safe for stock sleeves. I would like a 450hp streetcar. I think about cnc Cylinder Support System from USA. Thanks

Patrik Pospíšil I used a blockguard, installed it before the block was bored and honed. Read about that system you want to use and it looks promising! Oem sleeves can handle around 500nm of torque depending on how well it's build. B16 blocks are stronger due to the pistonspeed because the b18c-r have a higher deck.
