I completely agree. The Multi Gen Suite felt more like a hotel room. Definitely needed more kitchen features

The tax rate is 1.9%!?!? What is California thinking? With a 1.4 price tag that mean annual taxes are almost $28,000 a year. That’s crazy

Yeah… that’s the down fall of most new construction is the Mello Roos. If you’re interested in looking at homes without Mello Roos I’d be happy to show you
