Moreover, there is equal and/or better opportunities in private sector than government sector. If it is calculated on pro rata population basis at this stage 50% caping should be changed as they are contributing more to our national exchequer in the form of direct or indirect taxes. We have take into consideration this significant point. Accordingly reservation policy also be suited.Since decades this 50% caping is chanting like worn out tape
