The workout is kind of the main part of the video at first. I mean you can listen to him while you watch him but you're still watching him. And if you know about a real workout, his is just a little, unreal. No disrespect but his technique in everything is just off. Good interview though, Bizzy has the most interesting interviews in all of hip hop and was my favorite rapper in the 90's along with Krayzie.
Bizzy looks fantastic, he seems very healthy and he has really worked hard this past year in touring, music and marketing, I will definitely continue to support him in his efforts. Keep it up Biz.
