Pretty good interview, i could listen to Jim all day. So many interesting stories and experiences. Im pretty sure he would have had a tremendous career and would have been successful on TV as well. Lost way to soon!

Thankfully, many of Jim's stories surfaced in the album "The Faces I've Been." He will always be missed, as far as I'm concerned.

from all accounts Jim loved people, from any background, etc,...I think he loved to have conversations, I know one thing, I love his work,...and his son A.J. is a good person and fine musician too.

If there was one person in history I wish I could have talked to for 10 minutes, it would have been Jim.

I remember hearing him on a NY radio station with Crazy Eddie. Still can't find it. He was so funny. I even contacted his wife but got her holders.
