In the UK, drill lyrics and/or videos can be used against you in court. I think this dated back to Digga D's first major freestyle (I could be wrong, but it is a fairly recent ruling nonetheless). So, disclaimers are a must. We (young Brits) will often laugh at it, but it does at least assist them in the court of law.
