This is still in my arsenal, alongside my TS-2000 and TM-D700s. It is far better than many far newer radios I have tried so invariably becomes my EDC HT again.

It's crazy that the radio I'm waiting to receive in the mail is older than me. It's the only one that handles most of my requirements. Can't wait to have fun with the built-in TNC and full duplex on satellites.
