Sometimes machines make things more strenous and intensive for the worker. I've found that using a broom or scythe is less strain on my shoulders, lower back, and hips compared to a heavy upright vacuum cleaner and push lawnmower for small spaces and jobs the size of a standard residential home.

rmacsr maddog It's bearable when you need money. For 3 summers I've worked peeling tulip bulbs on a conveyor belt here in Holland. It's the same thing every day from 7am to 5pm. It makes you appreciate your free time a lot more than when you don't work or work an easy job. However I couldn't do it for more than 3 weeks. I'm not that desperate for money.

Pretty good tbh. I cashed in 500 euros for just 12 working days. I'm 17 so I had a low hourly wage. Adults make a lot more. However, Dutch adults don't do this job. They leave it to Polish workers and to Dutch teens like me. It's good and fast money but this summer was the last time I did. I'm sure I can find something less physically tiring and pay's gonna be equal so yeah

if you are not creative type, it would be hell on earth. better to have job, where you do the same thing everyday for decades, untill you retire.

Of course it is not wasted. Food for pets or pigs. But I agree. Making all those pieces look nice and removing blood line is wasting food and real taste of the fish. I don't mind eating skin or even blood line, it suppose to smell and taste like fish. It should look like fish, not like a block of plastic.
