This is a great shoe. As a heavier runner (91kg) forefoot striker, 154 cadence I put a lot of force through my foot strike. I flatten out the foam of and speed 3 or a pro 3 within 3-4 miles. These feel great to me, I get really good cushioning and energy back and there’s no way that I can get them out of shape. I ran half marathon at 8min miles yesterday and felt great throughout. If you are similar to me, this is a good option and compliments the endorphin elite really well as a daily training partner. I’m concerned about the outsole though.
OMG, I've been training in these for the past 3 weeks (for the Lisbon 2023 marathon). MAGNIFICENT. So happy with my purchase - and decision to experiment with a 3/4 carbon plate. However, I think the aggressive forefoot is helping on the straight and uphills.
Eager to see your full review after some miles on this shoe! And how does it compare with nimbus 25/26, Boston 12, deviate nitro 2/3, vomero 17, speed 4 for long distance marathon training / race day?
I personally think it's a better shoe than the current Speed 3. It feels more responsive and the midsole feels like it's returning more energy. Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙏😊
@@Run4Adventure Yes for sure. But for some reason the Kinvara doesn't cause issues for my stability needs like other neutral shoes. And I've heard the same from others. It seems to be the every person shoe. Although I use it in moderation.
Like you the Speed 3 has been a disappointment for me in comparison to versions 1 & 2. The lively speedy feel has disappeared. Being a much heavier shoe, I am surprised you sense the Kinvara Pro has more pop to it in comparison to the Speed 3. I sure would like that, so may have to consider this shoe.
Saucony have been using a similar outsole system on the Kinvara for years and it's never been a problem. The PWRRUN foam is pretty durable. I'll be running more miles in the Pro's over the next few weeks and we should have a full review on the channel soon 👍 Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙏
It's very different compared to a standard Kinvara. Firstly it's got a Carbon plate in the midsole and it's got a top layer of PWRRUN PB foam, which is a lot softer and more bouncy than standard PWRRUN 👍 Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙏
Noosa Tri all the way. I don't care if the shoes shave off 30"/km on each of my runs, I'm not paying so much for a running shoe when I can get two pairs of equally good daily trainers for the same money. At the end of the day, it's my training that'll make the difference, not so much the shoes I train in.
The Noosa Tri is a great daily trainer and I totally agree, they're just shoes and it's down to the individual 👍 Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment it's appreciated 🙏
I'd rather buy another pair of Endorphin Pro instead of these given the price difference between the two is not that great! and pro is significantly lighter. I am not sure this will last much more than Endorphin Pro (which does have a rubber outsole) either.
Somewhat interesting shoe but... everything about that shoe sounds like the exact opposite of what the kinvara name means to me. Really weird branding choice...
I totally agree Nicolas, it does seem like a strange choice to use the Kinvara name for this shoe? 🤔 I guess it's just the way the running shoe world is going at the moment, everything has to have a deeply cushioned midsole! 🙁 Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment it's appreciated 🙏
I do find the Speed 3 runs a bit flat. I was surprised at the weight of the Kinvara Pro but it doesn't run heavy 👍 Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment it's appreciated 🙏

I was really impressed with how it ran on its first outing, glad you're enjoying yours 👍

First Like from 🇪🇸. The Kinvara is my favourite running shoe. Thanks Loyd. A nice friday for everyone.🌞🏃🌞
No problem Manuel, thanks for watching 🙏😊
I'll definitely try this shoe when I can find it for £75.00 🤑

I wonder how this would do paired with the Shift3.
This one is certainly dividing opinion……think I need to try for myself when they release. It’s a looker regardless and a great vid 👌
I really enjoyed running in the Kinvara Pro Ian, it's a bit pricey though 🤔
Thanks for watching 🙏
Kinvara pro or speed 3 for all around shoes? I run 60km per week and my peace is between 4:30 and 5:20 per km.
Does this now replace the Endorphin Speed as a training shoe match for the Endorphin Pro? Great review 🇨🇦

I don't know why i assumed the Kinvara was a stability shoe. Might have to give these a go!
Definitely not a stability shoe Ryan. The Guide and the Omni are the stability shoes in the Saucony line up. Thanks for watching 🙏😊
I use Kinvara's in my stability rotation. *shrug
@@Iwantthepiano The Kinvara has always been a neutral lightweight trainingl shoe 👍

Definitely more pop in the midsole of the Kinvara Pro and the Speed roll geometry feels more efficient in the Kinvara 👍
Thanks for watching 🙏
How does the outsole hold up without rubber?

Height doesn't matter unless your up for a podium. Seen plenty of people running races in "illegal" shoes.
I know Christina, it was just a bit of a joke! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, it's appreciated 🙏😊
Is this shoe really needed in the Saucony range
I'm not sure it is Keith but I did enjoy running in them 👍
Thanks for watching 🙏
saucony only make high quality shoes but i'm not sure what half of them are for
does it outperform the Endorphin Speed 1&2?
This is definitely the most positive review of this shoe I've come across. Interesting.
I'm not sure it out performs the Speed 1 & 2 but it definitely felt better than the 3's to me 👍
Thanks for watching 🙏
Marketing trick to bump up the price: add a "pro" label next to the model's name.
Don't forget, they always put a Carbon plate in as well 👍
Running shoe prices are a bit crazy at the moment 🤯
Thanks for watching!
So much cushioning, couldn't be much different from the standard kinvara

It's worrying how expensive running shoes have become 🙃
And with all the foams becoming less dense and bouncier the shoes only last half as long as they used to.
*everything has become expensive
Buy older models. Rebel v3 is widely available for $70-80
I totally agree, it's all getting a bit crazy! There is still some solid shoes out there at much more affordable prices 👍 Thanks for watching 🙏

Never mind the shoes I’m buying the shirt
Kinvara Pro...£200 really...Last pair I paid less than £80, only 2 years ago
Don't see the point of these super trainers, just train in super shoes, they are the same price and then you can race in them too!
SAYSKY delivery is the worst (FEDEX)
Sorry to here that, I've never had any issues when it comes to delivery? Where abouts are you based 🤔
Speed 3 boring.. But kinvara Pro is so heavy...

Try the speed 2
@@JoutarouKuujou1 Ah.. I have the Speed 2. Amazing shoe but not available anymore.
