  • Revolved triangle is one of those poses that many may opt not to do simply due to confusion and not understanding how this posture can be adapted to benefit each individual. While this pose isn't part of my everyday practice, I do enjoy including it when I'm going through the standing series. The keys to making this position - as well as the transition in to and out of it - feel good are LENGTH and STRENGTH. Watch to learn more.
