Thank you gene, always appreciate ypu watching. It's a good and simple question isn't it. I draw the parameters not at a dollar amount but at the cost of time stress and what I get out of the job. This determines what is enough for me.
Natalie I totally agree with your take on running north. Those are hard earned miles! I'm based 100 miles N of Oroville, WA. I've told you before, feel free to tap into my 25+ years cross border experience.
Hard earned miles, I like the way you put that. Yes sir. Of course I had to learn that the hard way in OR, and donner pass N Cal, and in WY and then again in MO lol Before I finally said, ok, i10 all winter ! Lol
May want to try a product made by Rislone called DEF Crystal Clean that cleans the DEF crystals that can plug the DEF injector and crystal buildup in the SCR. Ran it in my Super Duty with 300k miles
Ahhh! I don't know how I'm keeping it together as it is.. where you're at they have the customer base already and established lanes and rates.. I know you love me, but it's safest for you to stay where it's consistent
Almost sounds like you are going to slowly give up the driver's seat. Have you been through every state with a load? I think the trailer was uspest it was left with a customer while you were in Alaska. Hopefully, SheBeast gives a better warning. Thank you for sharing and have a great day.
Hey augie I don't think I've hit every state, might have missed one to 2 up in the NE But yes just about. The trailer needed brakes adjusted and had an electrical ground issue.
Jason has blessed you found a problem before you did good man could have been bad in the middle of training a new driver. And you look marvelous beautiful always looking forward to that smile. As for the shebeast your not registered in California now your Texas and chevron has been turned might be time to get a good ecm made for your truck that is like our government gets deleted doesn’t have (cowpiss diesel exhaust fluid problem ) and this may be the time to do it just a suggestion beautiful that may stop issues.
Electric brakes are basically pretty simple. If you have continuity 12v going to the brakes, then most like: brake magnets, brake shoes, broken springs, or out of adjustments. Her Delco has six electric brakes, "How does Jason know the front right was not working?" I'm just curious!🤔
Natalie, I think I have told you, a couple years ago. About the time you were looking for property in Texas. I found out years ago, you either run 1 truck, or more than 10. Running a business and trying drive just don't fit. You know I'm the old fart from the 1970's hotshot world. Yeah I'm still at it, but with my own F350 and trailer, I have modified my trucks over the years to fit my style of Hot Shot running. One reason I stay away from California. Be safe.
"What's enough" is a good question to keep asking yourself as you continue to grow your business. You're doing so well.
Thank you gene, always appreciate ypu watching.
