Once the countdown hits 5 in triple trouble, the music starts to get very stressful and might stress people out. and sonic smiling every 2 seconds in the continue screen also made it a bit stressful too.

Wow, I can't believe I've forgot about this.
The game over screen for Sonic 3 plays the song faster than Sonic 3&K and Sonic & Knuckles. Sonic & Knuckles also has a different continue screen than both games, so you almost got them all.
Triple Trouble and Mania have the best Continue music. Fight me.

As I was thinking of sonic spinnall it came on
i got a game over on a mobile port but no continue, just played an ad and then gone back to the level
To get a continue in Sonic 1, you need to collect a certain amount of rings in a special stage, and then get a game over. In Sonic 2, you just have to speedrun a stage, and you receive a continue.
