Don’t know if you will see this, but do you need to do each exercise for 30 reps in a row? Or could we break it up do like 5 dumbbell thrusters and then 5 burpees and repeat for until we reach 30 reps in total and then repeat for 20 and 10

This will be a tough workout for sure. My only concern will be if the standards are upheld for the top end athletes. Too many times I see these online competitions and just because someone is moving fast they are allowed to get away with not meeting the movement standard. How hard will you be on judging the submission videos? Even if it means no repping/DQ a high end athlete because they aren’t meeting the standard.

At 1:33 in the video the demo guy is pretty clearly jumping behind the dumbbells. Is that allowed?
I’m sure it doesn’t matter. I’d actually say it’s safer to do it that way. It’s not a high jump, but when your start fatiguing, you could trip.
Cool workout though, I'd probably pass out.
