I have an empty black cartridge to be replaced. The cartridge tray will not move from the right side even with power off. How can i get the cartridge tray to move. Any ideas please.

@josephnfabiano3 kill the power while the carriage is in motion. Try and unplug her, before the carriage makes it "home"

Why would the whole canon printer company make it this hard to change cartridges 😡these printers even suck at printing checks
