This cardboard working system is perfect, but it's not for me, it's very laborious and detailed, but it's good for feasting your eyes. It's not craft, it's art. Amazing work congratulations!
Thank you for your warm comment, saying it's art. Indeed, this technique requires a lot in time and patience (and many failures) than the way covering the edge with additional paper materials after constructing boxes. I'm aiming to find something in between woodwork and paper craft which you don't need a machine to cut like woodwork, then you can still craft unlike (obviously) paper-made - of course, it's totally up to how people look at it :) Hope you enjoy finding the possibility of this material together!

Me parece que Tienes razón .yo hago muchas manualidades con cartón porque me parece un material muy noble y fácil de trabajar. Pero tengo que decir que tienes unas manos maravillosas y haces unos trabajos infinitamente perfectos y bonitos. Aprecio mucho lo que haces.❤❤❤❤

How did you do the finger notch in the top of the lid?
Thanks for asking! There are two layers of cardboard for the lid. I cut one of them for the finger notch.
