Hi Lynz, had great time making the monkey but I used fondant and gumpaste but the monkey collapse. is it because of the climate? I will make again only using gumpaste only.

I'm actually making a jungle-theme cake for my grandson's birthday in 2 weeks and I was hoping to find a fondant monkey 'hanging from a branch'. You can't imagine what I've been seeing on RUclips... 'hanging onto a banana for instance'!!! Do you have anything???

Hi, Once I have decorated the cakes and added the toppers I don't actually put them back in the fridge. Because the characters and leaves have gumpaste added, when this is put in the fridge it becomes very sticky and melts

Hi, the amount of fondant I go through is for just the one monkey I show that I'm making in the video. You will need thw same amount again for the 2.
