My problem is flood around there else it’s so pretty….holidays, took a trip down those areas for two days including lekki phase 1,down to chevron, etc even back to vgc..I wasn’t impressed with the swamps…I ended up getting one in ikeja … I will email u,u seems authentic.. I saw lots of estates abandoned bcos of floods, the paintings soaked… Went to Mowe area, dangerous Though I saw lots of works going on to dualise and think the whole area drainage systems need total overhaul. I live in beach front and never have to fear flooding for years.. Ikeja got me hooked
It's good to see that no builders material is loitering the floors while you're doing your walk. It looked very nice and tidy. SPOILER ALERT! How did it fare against the floods in Lagos?
You’re one of my favorite filmmakers on RUclips, so, I feel a little guilty sharing my thoughts. Basically it’s a beautiful house with luxury amenities yet scaled down with very small bedrooms. I see A LOT of red flags ::::: incomplete bathroom sink drains, no running water, close proximity to what looks like substandard neighboring homes. That huge water puddle right next door looks like a sewage pit! But, the low end asking price makes it possibly doable for a lot of folks. This is a home that one would want to have extensive inspections on BEFORE buying (water, sewer, electrical, etc etc. Otherwise, it may become a huge money sucker.
Hi from Florida😊 I need 2 br 1 for me 1 for my sewing embroidery heat press crafting supplies...what southern state have consistent electricity & water? ty
Hi Bayo! I'm returning to Nigeria beginning of December. I am from Northern Ontario, Canada. This time I'll be there for 3 months, and would like to rent a place for one year. It would be much better for me this way, plus I would be giving my good friend a place to live while caring for the apartment. I am looking at the Lekki area, preferabley a 2 bedroom with a belcony, like a 2nd floor unit. I need 24 hours electricity, good network, and in a decent neighbourhood. Fitted would be preferred depending on the cost. I dont know how it would work for a foreighner to rent, or maybe best for my friend rent it for me? I hope you can assist, and give advice. I will have my friend contact you. Thanks for your time.

It's kinda standard tho, in fact look at some western homes it's in the same place or in the toilet area from my own research, one of the two. Or the more expensive one, a literal laundry room just for washing
The house is nicely configured. It merges modern and customary use. However, the OP is correct. The washing machine is poorly situated. Its location is definitely not standard in most modern homes throughout the world - first hand knowledge.
@@thatoneguywholovesthena-4529It’s not standard. There should be a separate section where the washing machine can be placed. I am thinking why this is happening with a lot of houses on the island is due to space management.

Definitely a well built and beautiful house for the asking price. Personally, I don’t really care for swimming pools. I no sabi swim o.
Hahaha Thanks for watching :)
Would be even more beautiful with trees or a bit more greenery.
Thanks for chiming in :)

I am interested Bayo, where is the property located?
Hi Mr Bayo, lovely house. Are you now into selling properties?

Thankyou so much!
That’s not a pool… It’s a bathtub
@@kevholt lol.
what is the size of the land please.
What is the land size?
I dont see much storage for cleaning supplies food etc
The problem with buying already made house is you get to repair all after 1 year. You may be spending the same amount of money to truly fix it.
But why??
Hi bayo, pls how can I reach you?

Too many windows for my taste bedroom must be cozy with window coverings
Bayo we missed you but no bi like this house own. Too expensive for location and size. They are already pricing it for Lagos-Calabar costal road.
My quest room can not be beside my kitchen. Error 001
Thanks for sharing
No greenery 😢😢😢😢

washing machine in the kitchen? thats weird!
It's not, 8 have seen this worldwide
I feel its too expensive for the location.
Thanks for chiming in :)
Nice house but my only problem is same with all west African houses no green spaces no trees no grass just tiled outside spaces
Not all west African houses are like that and you can always remove the tile to grow plants if you really want/like the house.
Dude it’s by the shore. Homes by the sure aren’t greenhouses. Look more inland like Abuja, Benin, etc.😂
@@shangothunder1055 Italian Villas beg to differ.
@@cory_aqua Those aren’t greenhouses either and different climate zones regardless. Try again.😂
@@cory_aqua I said most and if I remove the tiles no place to park
Attention to details ---zero. The front door edges is not level, can you imagine a house selling for 150m.
Thanks for chiming in
Kitchen is not a good place for washing machine dirty clothes in the kitchen not good big turn off
It's kinda standard tho, in fact look at some western homes it's in the same place or in the toilet area from my own research, one of the two. Or the more expensive one, a literal laundry room just for washing
Now is this standard the end all be all? No, your concerns are valid and it might be worth while for architects to take note
Laundry room or outside/ on a large balcony would be good.
