But stock for stock it’s definitely one of the fastest

The weight was never an issue. The cars weigh the about the same. The hellcat had 1 driver and the Shelby had a driver with a passenger in the car. Both cars were well over 4000lbs
I raced a hellcat (unknown mods) in my daily cruising tune (93oct) 650whp with my grandmas fat ass in the passenger seat, hellcat had no passenger. We were neck and neck but I was slowly pulling forward. So I can see this outcome happening
