  • The british post-punk band White Lies has been making a ruckus in the british and american music scene for the past 12 years. The band describes their sound as dark and yet uplifting. In the Interview, Harry McVeigh and Charles Cave talk about the „flaws“ of their last album „Friends“ and the balance of free time and work. They also weigh in on the development of the british music scene in the past years and tell us how they changed their way of making music.

These guys are in my top 5. That thing where you trust the direction a band takes and sometimes they are slow burners, that seeps into you. Keep creating lads. Oh here’s my other 4 favourites. Sorry biased Aussie. Something for Kate. Inxs. Incubus.Screaming Jets.
