Here’s a toast 🥂 to the more understated drummers of rock and roll, the Ringo Starrs and Nick Masons of the world, in memory of one of the best at being steady and not flashy behind the kit. And even though the beat Charlie keeps in this song isn’t flashy or over-the-top, it works perfectly with Mick’s vocals. It’s become one of my favorite Stones songs.
