This subliminal is meant to reduce the buccal pad of your lower cheeks specifically.
Remake of my previous buccal ft removal subliminal because some people under the previous one said it wasn't too intense, so I rewrote the affs to be more exaggerated and tested it before releasing it.
This sub was made with an intent of giving you hollow, sunken cheeks (healthily and safely ofc!), very to the point affirmations, so if you don't particularly want hollow cheeks and just want to smoothen out and evenly reduce your cheeks without removing way too much to avoid hollowing, I recommend the previous one.

This works 100%. My cheeks were slightly hollow from dieting and facial exercises but after listening to this on a loop for about 10 mins 3 times per week, within 3 weeks my cheeks are ridiculously hollow.
