Anyone know which island the first two minutes of the video were filmed?
I'm pretty sure that is Phi Phi Leh Lagoon. This video seemed to focus on islands around Phi Phi Don area like Maya Bay (which is now closed and can only be seen from the boat) and Bamboo Island as well as Phi Phi Don. The video also showed West Railey Beach which is in Krabi.
