Not really, i mean 16% crit rate plus 16% more when its half hp its rlly good with also that 40% attack bonus, but his lc makes it so you do more dmg on targets after using ultimate and also ignores the target's def% on using follow ups, ignoring def% while giving more than 40% crit dmg for free (3 debuffs on target so it is 20% from base lc + 8x3 from lc in battle effect not putting in count in him also gaining 30% crit dmg because of his Summation, if putting in count then it is more than 70% free crit dmg just by having his light cone and maximizing his Summation with 6 debuffs on an enemy) , but eh Thats my opinion on how his lc is better than S5 f2p But it you're using the f2p one and it is working already theres no need going for his lc, only if you wanna maximize his damage or just like him that much.
My Dr have bad ratio ( 75/195 ) but still deal higher than this tho Just 10-15% higher but for the budget calculation this really good surely can say it have same value with his sig lc
