i don't know if it's the same in America but here in England, we don't use enough mushrooms - there was even an ad saying, make room for the mushrooms! and i have all these ingredients at the mo - lea and Perrin's sauce always in my cupboard - so will be making this recipe today 😆

I bought mine from a restaurant supply store that requires a membership. But you can take a look at jet dot com and type in the search "microwaveable 2 compartment food container with lid" and "microwaveable 3 compartment food container with lid" They're $18 for a 12-pack of the 3 compartment. Most of these will survive the dishwasher too so you can really get your money's worth. The more you buy the more you save. You may want to go in with a friend and share a deal.
Those meals look delicious. I need to meal prep. Would probably be able to lose a little weight☺. I would not be grabbing whatever i get my hands on; especially when I am hungry. TFS

The sides ideas helped the most as I have been finding myself at a loss for ideas in choosing varieties of veggies to eat. The beet salad looks amazing. Funny thing, I started roasting grape tomatoes for my salads (and anything else I could find that those tomatoes would complement), a few weeks...Delicious!! Thanks so much! P.S. I only make meatloaf.patties they are much easier to make Rachael Ray hip me to the recipe years ago. Cook on the stove then into the oven I add A1 and three cheese Romano blend too.
