- On the eve of a three-day weekend, I took a trip to Shizuoka Prefecture.
I was excited to travel to Shizuoka for the first time in a long time.
However, I gradually felt a strange sensation... a strange noise mixed with the sound of rain... a happening that made me feel like I could not go sightseeing!

We are a family of three: husband (Shin), wife (Ayako), and daughter (Yuri), both around 40 years old and our only daughter.
We bought the campervan of our dreams, the Corde Leaves, so that our daughter could have a variety of experiences!
We will enjoy our hobby of outdoor activities, such as camping, staying in the car, mountain climbing, and fishing, while traveling all over Japan.

初めて拝見して初めてコメントします！私もライトキャブコンに乗っていて、6年前に山梨で前輪ブレーキが焼き付いて動けなくなった事を思い出しました！子供は小学1年生で山から下りている途中でそのトラブルにあってしまいました！幸い車で5分の所に工場があり、すぐレッカーが来てくれて、見てもらえましたが、部品が届くのが最短でも3日後、と言うことで「どうしよう」と考えていたところ、工場のところで車中泊してもいいと言って頂いて、工場に止めた車両で2泊させてもらい、電源も使ってよいとも言っていただきました。そして買い出しには別の車も用意していただいて、初対面なのに本当に感動し感謝感謝の日々をおくった事をこの動画を見て思い出しました。キャンピングカーの最大の敵は車トラブルなので、それからはいつも、出発前の点検で車両下にも潜って点検してから出発しています。
なんにしても、トラブル回避できて、子供さんにも影響でなくて良かったです！
旅先でのトラブルは周りの方の優しさに助けられますよね🥹❤️
これからも安全には気をつけながら旅を楽しみたいです☺️

I'm glad whatever Yuri had was quick - after the rice event, she seemed quiet, but thought she was over the Roadside Station Tour, but it was obvious she got sick. Poor thing. Thankfully you weren't anywhere remote when all that stuff went down.

Its to much relief Mr. Shin family reached home safe and sound. You guys made the very right decision to stop the car and then later get the camper van checked at Toyota and get it repair to whatever is needed. Hopefully the insurance will cover the cost and the camper will soon be safe and sound to roll again on road. As summer approaches, surely many wonderful destination in Japan to be shown in your wonderful vlog. Stay safe and wonderful. Get well soon to miss Yuri, she probably got the pollen exposed from springs blossom and sudden acute mild fever. Her body will develop an immunity resistance be stronger next time around. 旅のトラブルは困りますね。レッカー移動も 載せられるタイプなら良いですが 私のは 前輪を受けて引っ張るタイプになります。
せめて 車の不具合の発見できれば 良いのですが。まだまだ新しい車なのに 何て事でしょう。安全に自宅に戻られたのが一番 良かったです。

レッカーを呼ぶ前に、電話確認して見てもらえるか確認しましたが、ダメだったらどうなっていたか…🥲

Mit dem Auto das ist natürlich schlimm, abgesehen von den Kosten, ist man ja auch in seiner Freiheit begrenzt, ich drücke beide Daumen das ihr euren Van zügig wieder bekommt. Sorry to hear that you had major camper van mechanical problems for the first time. What exactly did the garage indicate were the problems that would take 2 weeks to fix. Im just guessing but did it have anything to do with leaking struts, loose connections/fasteners, failed rear suspension bushings, etc?

私は、ジル520を2021年9月に購入(乗り始め)しました。
2年少し経過し、4万キロくらい乗った、昨年10月、車検の一ヶ月後、後輪から異音。
レッカーで、信州白馬から大阪までレッカー移動しました。
後輪のハブベアリングが壊れて、ハブオイルが左後輪漏れてきて、煙が出ました。
レッカー移動費は、保険で出ましたが、たいへんな思いをしました！
同じですね😱💦
オイル漏れで煙が出るのは焦りますね💦💦
この故障はわりとあるみたいなので、定期的に交換した方が良さそうですね😅

旅にはハプニングも付きものです。
私も 主人とNZでレンタカーで旅をしている最中、 エンジンが止まり動かなくなって 600キロ程バスで移動しなくてはならなくなった時の事を思い出しました。😢 しかし、今回のファミマの方の様に NZの親切な方々が 止まった車の場所から ガソリンスタンドまで2キロ程車で 連れて行って、しかも車を運ぶレッカー車まで 手配してくれました。
アヤコちゃんや しんちゃん、ユウリちゃんがまず 無事帰って来れた事に安堵しました。
修理された車は届けて貰えるんですか？
リーブスの修理が終わって 又新たな旅へ 出掛けましょう！！❤とにかく 高速で止まらなくて良かったですね。
