Backman Family's 1st EVER Safari experience! Kruger National Park Part 1 of 3

We are going on our first African Safari as a family and we can hardly wait. We are at Kruger National Park in South Africa.
After a delicious breakfast at Royal Marlothi Safari Lodge we were off in the safari jeep for an afternoon safari. Even before we entered the park, we saw a herd of elephants and even a lion running along right by the river at Crocodile Bridge. We couldn’t believe we already saw two of the Big 5 within minutes.
As we drove along the dirt road we were greeted by some giraffes, more elephants, impala, zebra, wildebeest, and many more animals. It was a magical start to our first real, wild safari. This is part one of three videos of the first day on our Kruger Safari.
The Royal Marlothi Safari Lodge and Spa in Marloth Park is right next to Kruger National Park. They have treated us so well. The food is absolutely delicious. We have loved staying at this great safari lodge!

Have you ever been to Canada? In southern Ontario, there is a place called African lion safari. There is a drive-through part and three different shows. Those who go to the Safari park also get the opportunity to ride on an elephant. There is also a splash pad. 0:33
