I stopped using earbuds for ASMR when I got a phone that works with binaural videos. It’s so much more relaxing without stuff in my ears or on my head that aren’t attached to a long wire that keeps getting in the way.

Crazy how just a few years back I discovered asmr, I was looking for a way to relieve anger and stress. Now I legitimately listen to it every night. It really helps!
