Brazilian Barbecue Summer Festival

Paleta Atlântida, which takes place on Xangri-lá beach, on the southern coast of Brazil, is considered the largest barbecue in the world by the sea. There are 4 km of barbecue grills for the general public, as well as stations for professional barbecue chefs.
In its 8th edition, on January 25, 2025, it was once again a great success, despite the cloudy weather and occasional drizzle.
Thousands of people exercised their great passion, barbecue, in a fraternal and cheerful atmosphere. And they also tasted the roasts prepared by the guest barbecue chefs.
This video shows one of the stations of some of the most renowned barbecue chefs in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, where the Brazilian passion for barbecue was born, who prepared sheep in the Patagonian style, whole ribs (costelão), pork, shoulder of sheep, normal ribs and maminha, among other cuts.
