In this comparison, it's more like, would you go for a more reliable and overall used OS(Samsung)?? Or are you willing to change your ways(Huawei)?? Because, with all those bells and whistles, the S24 FE is more appealing to me since I've used Google services for how many years now, and One UI has been reliable especially now that Samsung's software updates have become consistent... Yes, you can install google apps on Huawei devices now, but it's still better to have said apps already installed and running...
@chickenjoy I would also love to try a Huawei device, particularly the Matepad 11.5, as I need a tablet with keyboard (and preferably with a great pen) for school work... Hopefully if I do, it's an easy transition from my old device (Android)...
Huawei is more than just about Google. For users who seek a powerful combination of advanced photography, high performance, and robust battery longevity, the Nova 13 Pro takes the lead over the S24 FE. That's why I'm going with the Huawei this time.
What this misleading review didn't mention is that the Exynos 2400e in the Samsung s24 fe is more than twice as fast as the kirin 8000 in the nova 13 pro
Honestly speaking my Nova 10 still gives me the best quality compared to the new S24 FE. Samsung don't have the best device here. Not going back to it again. Gonna just use the S24 for while but next device is definitely a huawei. Just the battery test I can argue as my Nova 10 is horrible on battery consumption. Guess coming with the power bank on launch was a real strategy
Ever seen a phone video that doesn't talk about processor? Clearly this is a sponsor video. I also like how the video doesn't mention that S24 FE has 7 years of software updates while Nova 13 Pro has no clarification on software support duration.
i been using smsung phone all my life its much better than chinese made and the photo and video are different from what you guys shown . for me samsung is the best and the sounds really good and durability thats my opinion.
I have to be real here, this review is utter bs. At the time of making this comment, I'm still at the first round (Cameras), and already there are numerous things I wanna point out. They conveniently avoided mentioning which camera took the *more accurate* shot. This is because users naturally prefering photos that captured what they saw, instead of what they didn't. So, ofc, the reviewers avoided that. They also conveniently avoided how the Nova 13, despite apparently having the *"more versatile"* camera, had worse telephoto performance than the S24 FE despite it being only 8mp. It was clearer and we could see the texture better on the wall behind the wood. And in the video quality segment, they COMPLETELY disregarded all of the Nova 13s *VISIBLE* faults: • Jitter • Oversaturation • Crushed shadows • Low dynamic range • Poorer stabilization • Poor focusing The S24 FE was better in all of the aforementioned. It wasn't too warm, nor too saturated. Image ramained clear and jitterless during abrupt movements. Dynamic range was so much better. And was, overall, a more pleasing output to look at. Not to mention, it's got *4K/60* front and back (compared to 4K/30 on the Nova 13 Pro). Now, why am I so serious about these, you ask? Cuz, at the end of the day, if you're willing to spend this much money on a phone, then better spend it on the best one. Like, let's be serious here. Nova 13's "Best Take" isn't brand new. Google had it before and Samsung had it OVER a *decade* ago. And you can pretty much replicate its results by using burst shot. This feature is only used for niche scenarios, in which burst shot is also applicable in. ===== *[Just finished]* Here are things to note about the S24 FE that they didn't tell you in this video: • It is *far* more powerful than the Nova 13. • You get *far* longer software support than the Nova 13. • You have *far* more access to apps thanks to it being unrestricted. Also, as a Huawei user (me), you will face issues pertaining installation of apps through third-party sources. Aside from the obvious problems, one of the not-so-commonly talked about issues is how Huawei forces you to log-in to their services to install apps outside the App Gallery, which could be just me, since I am on HOS 3. But, do take note of that. And speaking of the App Gallery, it's plagued with inappropriate and low-quality apps. It doesn't matter how many apps it has, what matters is how much of those are quality apps, something that our *dear* reviewers here are deliberately avoiding. Not just that, Huawei's proprietary apps have the tendency to be *"stealy-stealy"* with your personal information. If you read the description everytime you open their apps for the first time, you'll notice that they document and upload irrelevant information to themselves... So, goodluck with your privacy. "buTt, gOogLe dOeS tHiS, tOO!" My guy, at least Google allows you some level of control over what they take from you. Huawei doesn't. And remember, this is coming from a Huawei user, not some person who has to lie in front of your faces to pay for the monthly installation fee for their iPhone, despite constantly moaning about how good Chinese phones are. And let's talk about the review itself. It's so lazily made, it can't be considered a review comparison. No night time photos, videos, stress tests, etc... It's just the guy spewing words without basis. And the blatant promotion of the Nova 13 pro through use of certain keywords in order to subtly persuade their viewers into buying it is so suspicious... as if this video was sponsored by that brand. Go buy the S24FE. I *promise you,* you will thank me for this. I know you're an average joe, regardless of how much of a "techie" you think you are. I use Huawei mainly because I know what I'm getting myself into. But, If you *really* wanna buy a Huawei phone, go to FB marketplace and you'll find the Pura 60-70 on there for around the Nova 13 and S24FE's price. It's better to get their best for the bestest experience they can offer, than to buy the crappiest midrange phone of the year. Yeah, sure. You'll have to go through some hurdles here and there, but the discoveries you'll find will be *worth it.*
Samsung galaxy 24 fan edition (FE) have usb type-c 3.2 data transfer speeds and wireless charging. Definitely a plus for me since both are not expandable via card slot; you will be stuck with purchased internal storage. Maybe in the future, Samsung will trickle these features on their expensive midrange phones like the successor to A55 and A35 (just a thought). 😊
I went with Huawei this time because they offer exceptional value and innovation that align more closely with my needs. Their focus on user experience and advanced features makes them a standout choice for me.
Huawei is already had Google services through installing microG ...you can also run Apps that needs Google services....no problem anymore...if your techy enough to know the process no need to worry

For a better camera, way faster charging speed and a lot cheaper price, I would be very willing to change ways with the Huawei.

how about their processors? what's the processor of the Nova 13 Pro?
Not much is known on their KIRIN chipset/s. This maybe just 6nanometer chips but not specified to the public. Few talk about their upgrades.😢
