Disabling all your USB hubs will render your computer unusable, unless you have another way to hook up a mouse and keyboard.

When it pops up the power surge, all my USB ports would get disabled and I couldn't move or click anything. I tried restarting my pc by unplugging the power and replugging it. It would pop up a " Recovery " screen. My mouse and keyboard are plugged but it won't click or move. How do I fix this?

My usb port isnt workinginlaptop after a 5v lithium battery power went in through usb cable😢, and one of the port has features like charging even if the laptop is shutdown ,which is making is warm after the power surge he issue😢.
