Our super bowl was fly fishing in yellowstone National Park . Guys from all over the world... and just like your stuff when you put the camera in their face you get some gems and great insights and others clam up and cant speak . Only guy out except for casual tourists getting worked at my fav Pensacola Beach break. Knew it was going to be good when I saw a tourist with a broken EPS bodyboard. Every "brand" talks to their audience to understand what they like... or dont like about their product. Except the WSL. If they did, they would understand that very few people like the `"cut-off." It's a buzz kill for pretty much everyone. We all have our favorite surfers and we want to see them surf.... whether they're first in the rankings.... or last. Why the WSL continually does its best to alienate its audience... and its athletes .... has to be one of the greatest marketing and branding failures of our time.
