    Any new updates? My new Charger 1 is charging correctly, but I am unable to access charger settings inside the app. Each time I press the charger button, I am told that the app cannot find the charger. I've tried everything I can think of. Now, I have to fight with Bluetti. Like you, not very pleased with this product.

      @@Fought4Freedom I do have a very large update. I'm probably going to make a video about that. No, I am definitely going to make a video about it. After being put through the ringer being told to do this and that even though I had already done that and this, they finally accepted a replacement exchange. They told me to send the defective unit to them, once they get it, they will send me a new one. However! Once they got it, they told me that they do not have any units available. I have been without my alternator charger now for several weeks, very unhappy. Still no update on when it will come in. I have all the emails and everything, I will make video explaining the entire situation, and the dates... My AC 200l, and my b230 are absolutely fantastic. I did have an issue with my b230. Hover, they sent me the charging unit needed to repair it, once I gave it a full charge, I haven't had an issue since. It's been 4 months. What happened to that customer service? I think I am very upset right now because they told me they would send me one as soon as they got the defective on back, but there were no units available.
      To get to your issue, check to see if the unit is rebooting. If it's continuously rebooting, it won't hold Bluetooth connectivity. I had that same issue unless I brought the voltage down down down down down down. Try bringing the voltage down, I mean way down. Try to charge at 100 w and see if it holds a Bluetooth connection. If it does, look in the manual and check out the indicator light. When charging it should hold a steady paste blinking. If memory serves that is. I've been without a manual for several weeks now. But if that slow blinking is interrupted with a long pause and then quick flashing, it's rebooting. You should also see that on your charging app looking at your battery station. It should show a continuous flow of charging if you see that come and go, yes, your unit is also defective. Please keep me up to date.

      @@whatamiwatching2909 Wow, sounds like the support is giving you the run around. Sorry to hear. With regards to my issue, my Android phone will not recognize or connect to the Charger 1, so I cannot make any setting changes. It charges my AC200L just fine, but just won't connect to my phone or the app. For now, I am stuck at the default 27 volts charging. Charger 1 is powering on just fine - no issues there. Not sure what to do, other than contact Bluetti support.
