Welcome back Kim, you've been missed. I know what it feels like to not be able to turn for a long time as I forced to move into an apartment for about a year once. I have enjoyed all your videos in the past.
Oh happy day!!! You are back!!! You might not realize it, but you've just made this world a little more enjoyable. Thank you and keep those videos coming!!!
Welcome home Kim! ❤ Sure have missed you and your smile! Shop looks great. When i turned, i used your abrasive and polishing pastes. They work great! Again, welcome back ❤
I am so happy for you back turning it took a long time may you be blessed in everything that you do and the one that can’t be used For food could be a ring box
Kim, welcome back. Missed watching your creative juices come through your woodturnings. This piece you did is really beautiful and might even be something I think about for my wife and have you do maybe with some resin and a powder inside. I have an idea for your logo, instead of having to burn it in. Try using the coins that Doug from Pohlbarnproductions uses. He usually adds paint to make it stand out. Hope it helps. Again, I love the piece. ❤❤❤
Glad your back! Cool project. I turned some teakwood a little bit ago and it was real chippy and kinda dusty almost. That leopard wood had some nice grain pattern to it.
It is so good to have you back, you’ve been missed so much by all your followers. I’m very glad that you guys are settling in and you’re back to doing what you love and helping us all along the way. It’s very cool that your kids are interested in turning too. Can’t wait for all the things to come and your bubbly personality that make your videos even more fun to watch. Take care and welcome back
Woohoo! Welcome back! We missed you!🎉 I've just got gotten back to turning after a break (busy life). I did the same thing at the bottom but made a "funnel", lol.. I decided to fix mine with an insert and base to make a nut dish with the center to hold the tools.
Good to see you back, I'm a new turner and found your videos while you were away and became a fan. You're so correct about the therapeutic of turning, i had some life drama happen and keep me away from it for a couple of months and could feel the stress, anxiety and anger start to pile on until i was able to get back to it. Great project that i will have to try, thanks.
Great to see you back turning again❤ The logo iron, it could possibly be that the iron isn’t getting as hot as it needs to for some woods. For example it may burn better in softer type woods and it so much in harder. If so then may be it’s as simple as that you need to hold it for a lot longer and with more pressure in the harder woods. Just a thought. In any case.. As I said, it is great to see you back turning and getting joy from again..
I’m so excited for more turning videos!! 🥰🥰
