I'm finding it kind of amazing how architecturally unremarkable properties in Spain are compared to Mexico not to mention very small. I guess land is at a premium because no one has any kind of yard whatsoever. This particular property looks like it's in a nice spot however.
Its a hillside village, most properties don't have land as it would be steeply sloping and not much you could do with it. You can see with the view from the balcony that the houses with land are on flatter ground
@joyannesloan8384 You could never get a home like this in Mexico for this price! Not even this view or this kind of neighborhood! This house would be double even if you could find it in these beautiful clean surroundings… which you could not. And I’ve traveled all over Mexico. Outside of most of the city centers … don’t look like this! And I love Mexico..

"Beautiful Andalucian house for sale in Mijas Pueblo", with a 15-20 min. walk to Mijas Pueblo... Hmm - then it's not in the Pueblo - clickbait 😕 it's in Urb. Mijas La Nueva!!
The only thing worth buying is the view because the house is so ugly, who has a washing machine in the kitchen and the living room between the kitchen and the dining room which by the way is very tiny
One of my favourites complexes in Mijas Pueblo… love it! 🥰
Beautiful, Think i found my second forever community.
Nice!!! I want it!
How close is it to the train stations, hospitals etc?
is drought an issue there in south of Spain?
No downstairs loo or en-suite.....but apart from that, pretty nice.
Given the market in Andalucia at this time, this is insanely overpriced even this close to the coast!
