1) 椰浆饭 Nasi Lemak
Ingredients 配料:
3 Cup Rice 3杯 米
150ml Coconut milk 150毫升 椰浆
(¼ to uncooked rice ¾ to cooked rice
¼ 放生米 ¾ 放熟饭)
4 Pandan leaves 4片 斑斓叶
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 Lemongrass 1克 香茅
2) 椰浆饭辣椒酱 Nasi Lemak Chilli
Ingredients 配料:
1 Big red onion 1粒 大洋葱
12 Small red onion 12粒 小洋葱
6 Garlic 6粒 蒜头
30 Dried chilli 30条 辣椒干
3 tablespoon sugar 3汤匙 糖
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
150ml Oil 150毫升 油
100g Ikan Bilis 100克江鱼
3) 江鱼炒花生 Ikan Bilis with Peanuts
Ingredients 配料:
100g Peanuts
100g Ikan bilis
2 Small red onion
2 Garlic
1 Chill padi
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Black vinegar
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
4) 长豆炒虾米辣 Long Beans with Chilli
Ingredients 配料:
350g Long Beans 350克 长豆
3 Small red onion, minced 3粒 小洋葱, 切碎
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 tablespoon Sambal chill 1汤匙 叁巴辣椒酱
3 tablespoon Crispy prawn chilli 3汤匙 虾米辣
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
5) 炸小黄鱼 Fried Kuning Fish
Marinate Fish 腌鱼:
10 Kuning fish
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1茶匙 黄姜粉
1 tablespoon Tapioca flour 1汤匙 木薯粉
6) 炸鸡翅 Fried Chicken
Marinate Chicken 腌鸡:
10 Chicken mid joints 10只 鸡中翅
½ teaspoon Five spice powder ½茶匙 五香粉
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
2 tablespoons Tapioca flour 2汤匙 木薯粉
1 tablespoon Rice flour 1汤匙 粘米粉
