I am currently working with an Agilox One system. It is used in the picking area for gearboxes in the automotive sector. I would like to know more about how Agilox IGV works. So far I am very convinced of the performance of the IGV.
While watching the video, I was wondering what happened at 10:28. On rare occasions in the plant I am investigating, the Agilox system is disturbed by the detection of dust or spider webs (within the protective circuit) and stops operating until a worker intervenes, as you show here.
Was this the problem in the video and does it also occur with other customers? Are there already approaches to this procedure for robust design and avoidance of disturbances? Are there ways to identify that this is a (recurring) problem, so that you can also enable (manual or automatic) release remotely?
I want to operate this robot, please guide me
