Will see what I got lying around 🖖 always after new ideas. If I haven't got the ship I will ask the community . I'm actually running out of the ships in my docks.
The warp bubble is created by the nacelles so there's no need for a deflector array. As it was not a long range explorer the Miranda used tractors and phasers to remove debris while at warp, so I have read.
@@ALollygagginWorldInteresting theory. I'm of the opinion the production & set designers who made the ship from bits n pieces of the Enterprise model. & Just didn't consider the idea of the dish at all . Given the fact they were basically making Kahn on a budget and recycling what they could from the 1st movie.
@@dtuk22 well in reality the miranda is upside down as they pulled the draft out of the envelope that way. Turn the ship upside down and the deflector can theoretically sit in-between the torpedo launchers if it was small. The MK I Miranda in STO is designed with the deflector on the upper pylon support.
@@ALollygagginWorld Gotcha. Did you go to Vulcan and pay tribute like other STO users did when Nimoy passed away? I played the funeral sequence from Star Trek 2.
It's probably the settings in demo record. I've noticed the diagonal lines in some of the close up shots on some of the videos. Once it goes to wide angle you don't notice. I'll look into it. I have recorded it in 60fps and added some colour enhancements if it's the brightness. Tried to make the ship a little more white.
Would love to see a Prometheus class vid!

🎉😮1864 thanks.😮
How does the Miranda class operate at Warp speed minus a deflector dish ???

I think you can use the 1864 registry if you want.
Registry was fine but not the name so I thought the year of the film would suit Mr Nimoy. Was one of his best performances as Spock.

@@PeterSTIHL i did. And on new romulus.
Is that game engine this bad or do you need to check your graphics card settings?

I've just watched it again and it looks like the shadowing from the sun of Andoria. Will look at the shadow settings.
