Im a builder.I do kitchens and bathrooms. Mainly for disabled and elderly. As you can guess my clients are at high risk now and we cant work( Tough times. Trying to learn some new trades here,working from home things . Not easy when you are nearly 40 and building is all you been doing since teenage years. I work as an online English teacher and I am not even a native :D there are many companies with different requirements, but most of them require you to be native or have neutral accent and that's all, and most of them don't want you to speak their language because it's English only zone and most of the students just want the experience of speaking to a foreigner, so I advise literally everyone to apply, and if company requires TEFL you can find many companies who offer it for as much as 20 bucks, just make sure those are accredited. I would share my company with you but it only accepts application from Serbian people, but go to oetjobs or Dave's ESL cafe you can find plenty of info there

I lived in Argentina for 16 years, which was great as I was able to learn Spanish at a native level. I went to Uni to become a translator, moved back to the UK and completed a community interpreting course, and I am now currently doing a level 5 TEFL course (still trying to figure out what I want to do with my life 😂) My mum is a full time freelancer, she does all sorts, proofreading, typing up audio files, etc. I’m currently working in HR for a big company here in the UK, but this definitely isn’t what I want to do. These jobs are very niche and uncertain. You could waste hours advertising and preparing to then only get a few hours work a week. If you're willing to put hours in for prep and research before being paid, you may as well go for a better business model. Taking nothing away from this video, it's very well presented and factual.
