This episode was what made me a Christopher Cross fan when I heard Swept away. I think it's a beautiful ballad. Also, I don't mean to brag or anything but I am a Growing Pains fanatic. I have been a fan of that late 80's/early 90's sitcom since I was in the 2nd grade.
This was my favorite episode too because it was filmed on Maui in Hawaii where I live. I like how they captured areas on Maui where most of the tourist usually come to Maui to visit. Unfortunately, due to the Lahaina fire that took place one year ago tomorrow 8/8/23 the video of them going through Front Street in Lahaina is gone. The Maui Prince Hotel also no longer exists. Thanks for your comment and for watching my video!
This episode made me want to go to Hawaii.
That's great! I hope to do the Jefferson's in Hawaii too.

RIP Alan Thicke
Yeah he was a good father in the show.
He was fun to watch. Thanks for watching!
This was such an awesome watch! Aloha to you! Im saddened of the physical loss of Lahaina but the memories will always stand strong
Hi! Yes, they will. I'm glad it was included in the show! Thank you for your comment and for watching! Aloha!
In the show you will notice that they are not wearing any seat belts. Seat belt law in Hawaii did not exist back then until 1986.
@@EKMurakami oh wow I just realized that! What an interesting fact!
I loved these Episodes in Hawaii! It really is beautiful there ❤
Yes, it is! I live on Maui. Thank you for watching and commenting on my video.

Me too. I love 80 and 90’s shows.
Awesome!
Thank you! The hotel no longer exists. The stores on Front Street in Lahaina all got burned down in the fire
