- Today we are looking at my travels in the Ford Ranger Wildtrak over the last month.
In this video , I will show you the total distance I’ve driven the Ford Ranger , show you one of the places I visited in Mpumalanga and give you the prices we paid for each night we spent on each house at the Golf Estate we visited.

For me Mrhowmuch, I'd rather build a house at home e.g. limpopo, because stand is cheap this side you can get it from 5k to 10k and building a house can cost around 350k to 1M depending on the type of house you prefer.
At this point you can start reviewing property + sneakers..

Building is cheaper on non rates and taxes areas. Basically emakhaya, but you still have need to have at least 200k over and above the quoted budget of the project. Building material is expensive. But all in all, it's cheaper to build in rural areas. Land is very expensive in the urban areas.

I am in love with the Raptor ❤. As for that golf estate in Dullstroom i think because of that beautiful scenery it takes the trophy from the Steyn City Estate in Jhb despite it being the country's most expensive. Kudos to Dullstroom 👌🏽

I built a house and I'm proud of it because I designed it myself. It's finished, paid off and bigger compared to my brother's who bought a complete house in 2007. He's still paying. I bought a stand in September 2019. My disadvantage is my location.
I'm sure it's not only location, material used, the quality of furniture, climate, landscape, noise pollution and many more

I can do land survey, conduct tenders for a big construction company, I can do quantity surveying and I can do clack of works (COW) job in a big company. I know structural engineering drawing. 10:19 That rectangular box on your right, that's where you burn your charcoal or wood to produce embers (magala in Setswana). Once your charcoal or wood is red and smokeless, you poke it down onto a tray underneath to braai your meat.

4:50 as someone who has built a house before I'd say buy an existing house that you love or go with a building package from a developer.
Building your own house with own contractors requires knowing a lot of things. This is probably why in many luxury estates there's always some weird looking houses that look like they don't belong 😊

How are the roads to get to the estate , can one with low profiles survive ?
The highway from Gauteng is proper , it’s only when you offramp at Belfast that you’ll meet potholes but they shouldn’t be a problem if you drive slow and avoid them , there are a couple more between Belfast and Dullstroom but they are avoidable , most are on the Waze app , then the road to the estate itself is clean…
