(4) لا تصالح ولو توَّجوك بتاج الإمارة كيف تخطو على جثة ابن أبيكَ..؟ وكيف تصير المليكَ.. على أوجهِ البهجة المستعارة؟ كيف تنظر في يد من صافحوك.. فلا تبصر الدم.. في كل كف؟ إن سهمًا أتاني من الخلف.. سوف يجيئك من ألف خلف فالدم الآن صار وسامًا وشارة لا تصالح، ولو توَّجوك بتاج الإمارة إن عرشَك: سيفٌ وسيفك: زيفٌ إذا لم تزنْ بذؤابته لحظاتِ الشرف واستطبت الترف (5) لا تصالح ولو قال من مال عند الصدامْ ".. ما بنا طاقة لامتشاق الحسام.." عندما يملأ الحق قلبك: تندلع النار إن تتنفَّسْ ولسانُ الخيانة يخرس لا تصالح ولو قيل ما قيل من كلمات السلام كيف تستنشق الرئتان النسيم المدنَّس؟ كيف تنظر في عيني امرأة.. أنت تعرف أنك لا تستطيع حمايتها؟ كيف تصبح فارسها في الغرام؟ كيف ترجو غدًا.. لوليد ينام كيف تحلم أو تتغنى بمستقبلٍ لغلام وهو يكبر بين يديك بقلب مُنكَّس؟ لا تصالح ولا تقتسم مع من قتلوك الطعام وارْوِ قلبك بالدم.. واروِ التراب المقدَّس.. واروِ أسلافَكَ الراقدين.. إلى أن تردَّ عليك العظام! (6) لا تصالح ولو ناشدتك القبيلة باسم حزن "الجليلة" أن تسوق الدهاءَ وتُبدي لمن قصدوك القبول سيقولون: ها أنت تطلب ثأرًا يطول فخذ الآن ما تستطيع: قليلاً من الحق.. في هذه السنوات القليلة إنه ليس ثأرك وحدك، لكنه ثأر جيلٍ فجيل وغدًا.. سوف يولد من يلبس الدرع كاملةً، يوقد النار شاملةً، يطلب الثأرَ، يستولد الحقَّ، من أَضْلُع المستحيل لا تصالح ولو قيل إن التصالح حيلة إنه الثأرُ تبهتُ شعلته في الضلوع.. إذا ما توالت عليها الفصول.. ثم تبقى يد العار مرسومة (بأصابعها الخمس) فوق الجباهِ الذليلة! (7) لا تصالحْ، ولو حذَّرتْك النجوم ورمى لك كهَّانُها بالنبأ.. كنت أغفر لو أنني متُّ.. ما بين خيط الصواب وخيط الخطأ. لم أكن غازيًا، لم أكن أتسلل قرب مضاربهم لم أمد يدًا لثمار الكروم لم أمد يدًا لثمار الكروم أرض بستانِهم لم أطأ لم يصح قاتلي بي: "انتبه"! كان يمشي معي.. ثم صافحني.. ثم سار قليلاً ولكنه في الغصون اختبأ! فجأةً: ثقبتني قشعريرة بين ضلعين.. واهتزَّ قلبي كفقاعة وانفثأ! وتحاملتُ، حتى احتملت على ساعديَّ فرأيتُ: ابن عمي الزنيم واقفًا يتشفَّى بوجه لئيم لم يكن في يدي حربةٌ أو سلاح قديم، لم يكن غير غيظي الذي يتشكَّى الظمأ (8) لا تصالحُ.. إلى أن يعود الوجود لدورته الدائرة: النجوم.. لميقاتها والطيور.. لأصواتها والرمال.. لذراتها والقتيل لطفلته الناظرة كل شيء تحطم في لحظة عابرة: الصبا بهجةُ الأهل صوتُ الحصان التعرفُ بالضيف همهمةُ القلب حين يرى برعماً في الحديقة يذوي الصلاةُ لكي ينزل المطر الموسميُّ مراوغة القلب حين يرى طائر الموتِ وهو يرفرف فوق المبارزة الكاسرة كلُّ شيءٍ تحطَّم في نزوةٍ فاجرة والذي اغتالني: ليس ربًا.. ليقتلني بمشيئته ليس أنبل مني.. ليقتلني بسكينته ليس أمهر مني.. ليقتلني باستدارتِهِ الماكرة لا تصالحْ فما الصلح إلا معاهدةٌ بين ندَّينْ.. (في شرف القلب) لا تُنتقَصْ والذي اغتالني مَحضُ لصْ سرق الأرض من بين عينيَّ والصمت يطلقُ ضحكته الساخرة! (9) لا تصالح ولو وقفت ضد سيفك كل الشيوخ والرجال التي ملأتها الشروخ هؤلاء الذين تدلت عمائمهم فوق أعينهم وسيوفهم العربية قد نسيت سنوات الشموخ لا تصالح فليس سوى أن تريد أنت فارسُ هذا الزمان الوحيد وسواك.. المسوخ! (10) لا تصالحْ لا تصالحْ

It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: It is obligatory upon a Muslim that he should listen (to the ruler appointed over him) and obey him whether he likes it or not, except that he is ordered to do a sinful thing. If he is ordered to do a sinful act, a Muslim should neither listen to him nor should he obey his orders. Sahih Muslim 1839a.

[Al-Baqarah 2:173] يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ Allah intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you. I don't know of any scholars of Ahlussunnah who went to prison for openly criticizing Muslim rulers. In fact Scholars and Imams of Ahlussunnah are against publicly cricticizing the rulers and rebelling against rulers. Public criticizing and inflicting hatred towards the ruler is the first step towards rebellion [khurooj]. Anyway this matter is not open for discussion. Its clearly proven in hadith and ijma of scholars of ahlussunnah. Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (d. 241H) stated in his work, Usūlus-Sunnah as is recorded in Sharhu Usūlil-I’tiqād of Al-Lālikā’ee (1/161): “It is not permissible for anyone among the people to fight the ruler and nor to rise up against him. The point is you can advice the ruler in private, open criticism, rebelling against ruler is prohibited. If the ruler does something which is haram then the sin is upon him. If the ruler orders you to do sinful things you don't have to obey the ruler. But you still have to listen and obey the ruler in all other matters. Rather, we are asking about the ruler who does such-and-such and such-and-such?“ And he mentioned their evil traits. So the Prophet (ﷺ) answered: “Fear Allah! Whenever he does that, he's indirectly claiming to know for certain that the quote he's asking for cannot be produced, which implies that he has a detailed knowledge of every scholar's writings, views, statements, beliefs, definitions, etc., which is impossible. That, I think, is subtly manipulative. An easy way to 'score points'. It also implies that all valid opinions concerning all possible topics have already been written down, and that if you can't find something in the books, then it's false by default. This is nonsensical, as it would effectively mean that whenever scholars (in our past) addressed topics that arose in accordance with the changing times; their work would also be, by definition, erroneous, because the scholars who preceded them didn't write about it, since it hadn't become a relevant topic yet. I think that Shamsi sometimes hides behind this "scholars" argument, because it makes him look academic and meticulous, and in full agreement with (all) scholarly opinions, and it shuts down his interlocutor's case. Another thing he often does is, mention names of scholars, and a book they wrote, saying: "Such and such said this and that..", and then he mentions a book title, but leaves it at that. Then he paraphrases them, supposedly, but he'll just repeat his own words; strengthening his own words, by adding a name and a title to it. I don't hear him giving any actual verbatim quotes or references, besides naming a scholar and a book, which is precise enough to sound convincing to the audience, but too vague to actually convince a keen listener. If you're so incessant concerning scholars' statements, then at least YOU provide the actual quotes, and lead by example. It's possible, after all, that he himself misunderstands a statement, or that he interprets something with a specific perspective or bias in mind. But you can't check it, because while he's constantly demanding quotes and sources, he doesn't give you any. And nobody's going to pick up the book he mentioned in passing and read through it, just to see where he got his quote from. "Digressing" means "sidestepping", or "deviating", and he's using this term whenever he doesn't want to answer a question or respond to a point, which I think is really just an easy way for him to dismiss said points and inquiries. People notice that, and so it quickly becomes annoying whenever he claims Daniel's digressing. I've never liked listening to Shamsi, and that's because of how he carries himself in a discussion, not because I inherently dislike him or always disagree with him. Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Abu Bakrah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "He who insults the rulers Allah will insult him."
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
It is obligatory for you to listen to the ruler and obey him in adversity and prosperity, in pleasure and displeasure, and even when another person is given (rather undue) preference over you.
Imam Al-Barbahari - may God have mercy on him - says in his explanation of the Sunnah, “And if you see a man praying against the ruler, know that he is a follower of desires, and if you see a man praying for the ruler, know that he is a follower of the Sunnah, God willing.”
That’s why people of desire hate those who are with Quran and Sunnah following the way of the Salaf.

Shamsi got very emotional, but his argument with the treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah, where Muslims had to return to the pagans, and Abu Jandal رضي الله عنه who's Suhayl bin 'Amr's son رضي الله عنه, not a Muslim at the time.
When the Muslims saw Abu Jandal in chains, Suhayl said this is the test of the treaty, and Abu Jandal was given back to the mushriks.
This doesn't necessitate normalization, but in dire necessity the Sharee'ah allows such a disadvantage treaty.

المشقة تجلب التيسير
Al-Mashaqqah Tajlubu Tayseer

الضرورات تبيح المحظورات

And the evidence for the legal maxims are:
Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
But if one is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience nor transgressing the limits, then there is no sin on him. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. [Al-Baqarah 2:173]
يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ
Allah intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you. [Al-Baqarah 2:185]
And Allah ﷻ Knows Best. Ask the scholars of Islam. I'm just clarifying that in times of necessity, then this legal maxim becomes valid.

I'm not a Muslim, but man you need to get some shia fire in there. They know what it means to oppose the oppression in action, not just words. I know you guys are gonna bash my shia comment, but come one, even I can see they have merits in their efforts, Sunni ideological disagreements aside.
How do we know who is a scholar or not? What if there are disagreements on ones qualifications? What if the scholars named are paid and funded by the West unknowingly? Why hasnt anyone showed any references or recommended any books? I would love some books to explain all this especially a few books from different perspectives and madhhabs

If he talks about Quran n Sunnah in every line of his, shouldnt he follow simple sunnah more? Like talking softly, being patient, not calling others names n slandering? I don't know of any scholars of Ahlussunnah who went to prison for openly criticizing Muslim rulers. In fact Scholars and Imams of Ahlussunnah are against publicly cricticizing the rulers and rebelling against rulers. Public criticizing and inflicting hatred towards the ruler is the first step towards rebellion [khurooj]. Anyway this matter is not open for discussion. Its clearly proven in hadith and ijma of scholars of ahlussunnah.
Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (d. 241H) stated in his work, Usūlus-Sunnah as is recorded in Sharhu Usūlil-I’tiqād of Al-Lālikā’ee (1/161):
“It is not permissible for anyone among the people to fight the ruler and nor to rise up against him. And whosoever does that is an innovator, upon other than the Sunnah and upon other than the Straight Path.”

The point is you can advice the ruler in private, open criticism, rebelling against ruler is prohibited. If the ruler does something which is haram then the sin is upon him. If the ruler orders you to do sinful things you don't have to obey the ruler. But you still have to listen and obey the ruler in all other matters.
Ibn Abī ‘Āsim reported in As-Sunnah (2/508) from ‘Adiyy Ibn Hātim (may Allah be pleased with him) that we said: “O Messenger of Allah, we do not ask you regarding obedience to the ruler who has taqwā (who is pious and who fears Allah), and is good and rectifies. Rather, we are asking about the ruler who does such-and-such and such-and-such?“ And he mentioned their evil traits. So the Prophet (ﷺ) answered: “Fear Allah! Listen to the ruler and obey him.” (Also reported by At-Tabarāni in Al-Kabīr, 17/101, and authenticated by Al-Albāni in Dhilāl Al-Jannah)
These types of topics can never be discussed on the roads ....... This is not good that Daaees start discussing such sensitive topic on roads among themselves like laymen..... They are MashaAllah knowledgeable and should try to discuss by arranging a meeting among themselves.

An honest observation (and not an ad hominem) of Shamsi, and an explanation why I don't like watching his videos.
Shamsi suffers from a grotesque inability to speak with tranquility and eloquence. He's hectically stringing words together, non-stop, and it detracts from the points he's trying to communicate. It comes across as disingenuous, as if a charlatan's trying to convince you to buy his Chinese snake oil. I'm NOT calling him fraudulent, but that's how many people subconsciously judge. He also focusses too much on bystanders, frantically looking around with eyebrows raised and eyes wide open, making eye contact; almost begging for approval or forcing support. I don't know why he does that, I think he's afraid of losing his audience. He needs to calm down, pay his direct interlocutor better attention, and respond to questions.
He's constantly asking for direct quotes and scholarly references, knowing damn well that his interlocutor can't access source material or do a quick search, on the spot. Nor would you expect them to memorize volumes, that they can just produce, from memory, some scholarly quote pertaining to an incidental topic that's being discussed. It makes Shamsi sound scholarly, and it makes his opponent look less knowledgeable. I think it's kinda ridiculous, as it automatically implies that "no scholar ever said that", and that this is something Shamsi knows for certain. That might be the case, sometimes, but he does it on a regular basis, and you wouldn't actually have the kind of knowledge to make the claim; or rather, to imply that you know for sure, that "no scholar ever wrote about that", or "no scholar ever expressed that opinion". Whenever he does that, he's indirectly claiming to know for certain that the quote he's asking for cannot be produced, which implies that he has a detailed knowledge of every scholar's writings, views, statements, beliefs, definitions, etc., which is impossible. That, I think, is subtly manipulative. An easy way to 'score points'.
It also implies that all valid opinions concerning all possible topics have already been written down, and that if you can't find something in the books, then it's false by default. This is nonsensical, as it would effectively mean that whenever scholars (in our past) addressed topics that arose in accordance with the changing times; their work would also be, by definition, erroneous, because the scholars who preceded them didn't write about it, since it hadn't become a relevant topic yet. I think that Shamsi sometimes hides behind this "scholars" argument, because it makes him look academic and meticulous, and in full agreement with (all) scholarly opinions, and it shuts down his interlocutor's case.
Another thing he often does is, mention names of scholars, and a book they wrote, saying: "Such and such said this and that..", and then he mentions a book title, but leaves it at that. Then he paraphrases them, supposedly, but he'll just repeat his own words; strengthening his own words, by adding a name and a title to it. I don't hear him giving any actual verbatim quotes or references, besides naming a scholar and a book, which is precise enough to sound convincing to the audience, but too vague to actually convince a keen listener. If you're so incessant concerning scholars' statements, then at least YOU provide the actual quotes, and lead by example. It's possible, after all, that he himself misunderstands a statement, or that he interprets something with a specific perspective or bias in mind. But you can't check it, because while he's constantly demanding quotes and sources, he doesn't give you any. And nobody's going to pick up the book he mentioned in passing and read through it, just to see where he got his quote from.
"Digressing" means "sidestepping", or "deviating", and he's using this term whenever he doesn't want to answer a question or respond to a point, which I think is really just an easy way for him to dismiss said points and inquiries. People notice that, and so it quickly becomes annoying whenever he claims Daniel's digressing. I've never liked listening to Shamsi, and that's because of how he carries himself in a discussion, not because I inherently dislike him or always disagree with him. My point is just that his demeanor isn't very pleasant, and that's problematic when you're a public speaker. Something he should work on, imo.

Secondly, Imam Hussein believed he was entitled to the khilafah. The people of Kufa said they would pledge their allegiance to him if they came. So why would he give bayah to an opposition otherwise if he thought he was the rightful leader? It was the people of Kufa that turned on their heels and were afraid to pledge their allegiance when the time came.
Thirdly, he died as a shaheed lol so what jahiliyyah?

Imam Al-Barbahari - may God have mercy on him - says in his explanation of the Sunnah, “And if you see a man praying against the ruler, know that he is a follower of desires, and if you see a man praying for the ruler, know that he is a follower of the Sunnah, God willing.”
That’s why people of desire hate those who are with Quran and Sunnah following the way of the Salaf.

Islamic period) through which we are now living Will there be a bad time after this good time? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. I said: Will there be a good time after this bad time? He said: Yes. I said: Will there be a bad time after good time? He said: Yes. I said: How? Whereupon he said: There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways? There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings. I said: What should I do. Messenger of Allah, if I (happen) to live in that time? He replied: You will listen to the Amir and carry out his orders; even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey.

Khawarij quoted the Quran and Sunnah too, there's no verse in the Quran or Hadith about normalization with Israel. Daniel explained how Israel and the quraish are different. Moreover when the quraish violated the peace treaty, it was called off unlike these normalizations. Shamsi quoted a Sunnah abt rebellion to protect Saudi and emirate leaders from criticism but he criticized the leaders of Turkiye, Iraq and the leaders of Gaza. @@beamlight4679 you know that a country like saudi starting a war against a superpower is like a suicide. Is gonna put the entire ummah in danger. U may say but the sahaba in badr. We are not like the sahaba, many of us wont even be helping, many Muslims dont have knowledge of their deen and they call tge scholars madkhalis, many muslims dont practice. Many muslim would rather take their own understanding of the quran and sunnah, than that of the scholars.
How do you expect for the help of Allah to descend.
