Recently I went to Karol Bagh Market and got new accessories for my ola s1 - metal side stand, main stand and back rest. As far as software is concerned, I am not updating the software currently running the old version of move os 4 which is running fine without any issues.

Ather 450 is leading in EV scooter segment, but they need reduce the price as well to improve service centre performance, as across India many service centres are forcefully replacing spares/parts for revenue
My OLA become dead in every weeks & the reason behind such things is not answerable by the OLA authority. It is extremely disgusting when I was ready for my office then my bike is dead & the local service point authority has asked to tow your bike to the nearest service centre which is almost 40 KM. In this way, I am regularly tourchered by OLA & it was my extremely wrong decision for purchasing OLA.

Yes ola gives 10-15 km better range But the headache you will get with ola is too much The software is a lot glitchy Most of the time you will face software glitch like boot unlock sometimes it wont work There are many issues with the software Hardware wise it is good but software and service is not great On the other hand ather is reliable in all departments. Of course there are glitches but i saw it 2 times in a year only. A few days back my other friend booked rizta just because he knows how glitchy my ola is and even i didn't recommend him to buy ola As an owner of ola i recommend everyone to avoid ola Even tvs i qube is better than ola in reliability.

Purchased OLA s1pro than Aether. Because , despite 40K costlier than OlA , they gives 250 Watt charger, which charges scooter in 12 hours, OLA charged 6.5 hrs.
OLA Scooters are worst in terms of Design, Build quality & Electrical safety. Only affordability can not be sole reason for higher sales. If you want to play in long run you also have to provide Quality, Relibility & best after sales support to your clients. Remember Cheap Engineering + Technical Glitches = Frustrated Customer

First try to bring removable battery e-scooter in market. Most people are not buying because of charging station issues and not having any arrangements in the flat apartments. I don't understand how come ola didn't figure out,this is the most important issue people are facing😑!

Hardware wise it is good but software and service is not great
