voli hits minion there because you have a setting on called "auto attack". which makes your champion hit stuff nearby when you stop moving.
was so excited for a voli jungle gameplay vid but not sure why u would pick this one, the game was an off whack game from level 1 - would much rather watch a more standard early game to get an understanding of how the typical game will go

So that is what I was doing wrong with the Sundered build, going Q max, instead of W max.

in your tier list didn't you say voli was A tier?
imo make Voli's movement speed on Q like Rammus's where the movement speed scales with level and the cooldown goes down with rank in the ability to push him away from Q maxing, then revert his W back to old Volibear where he can simply use it after autoing you 3 times (cuz attack speed makes him feel 10x better to play and I already prefer building stuff like Triforce on him over tank items) and it has the full effect. Seriously don't like that I have to W twice, which will literally never happen during a gank.
Also hot take: his pre-rework E was more fun and skillful to use and gave him more of an identity as an "anti mobility" fighter. Would honestly love to see the roar get put back in. Those are just my opinions tho.
AP voli is better imo
all you have to do is check statistics and you will see this claim is objectively false. 63% wr on certain brusier build paths. AP is sitting at 52 its not that good jsut inflated by OTPs and high overall champ winrate
if it wasnt for AP build existing Volis overall winrate would be closer to 55 than 53 so ig keep building it so it makes him lok worse and less likely to get nerfed
