@@woodbronks cool! I thought the 2021 had a riser on his. It looked different than the one I looked at today. Kinda reminded me of the renegade snorkel. Besides the 4x4 system, is there any other changes on the 2021 over the 2020?
How do you like the MBRP exhaust on yours? I want to get an exhaust but I don’t want to be too loud. Also, did you tube yours or leave it stock? Both are nice machines!
Easiest way for me is to have it in low gear, 2wd and hit the throttle, i tend to sit further back on the seal as well, with what you have it shoud pop up.
@@treynoahz71 I have not, I did that as well the first few times it comes down hard, but now as it’s coming down I use the throttle and it’s a smooth landing
Have just received my 2021 outlander xmr 1000 an love it. You may want to get you another drive belt for it because there shit. Have 70 miles on an it’s smoking like chain smoker on crack. Getting my skid plate an snorkel 🤿 put on now there supposed to check out the belt.
Bought mine used. First owner smoked a belt under 400 miles on it. I have 1100 on it now and no belt issues. First, get the maverick belt. Second, drive in low for torque situations. Then you'll be good to go. 2019 1000xmr
I picked up the grey and green 2021 1000xmr in September which is just a 2020 and a week later they added the yellow one with the Visco 4. Pissed me off they weren't both on the can am website at the same time the green and grey was the only option. But I absolutely hate the yellow (just came from a 2015 yellow 650 outlander) so I still would of went with the green and grey in the end even though it doesn't have the Visco 4. Have fun on those beautiful machines they certainly are beasts.
It’s a nice feature but don’t feel bad it’s a awesome quad and will pretty much do everything the same, I’d say it comes down to what colour you like better, not many out there in the gray/green combo only one year 👍

@@martymabry720 yes sorry the yellow one does have the can and snorkel riser on it , but over all we both can’t go deeper then the cvt intake

The exhaust is not to bad not as loud as some out there , and left it stock, Thanks

how do you get you’res to pop up i’ve got a 2017 kan-am outlander 850 and can’t get it to pop

@@woodbronks have u adjusted front shocks? when i come off a wheelie its completely bottoming out the shocks!

No tuner just the slip on exhaust, but I do wanna dyno jet or some type at some point for sure

are there any big differences between outlanders 2017 though 2021 other than color ways?
To be honest I don’t think so between 2020-2021 there’s the 4-lok but rest is the same other then colour

Does the green 2020 not have visco lock? Does it have any locking dif?
No the green one doesn’t have the true locking Diff But its still somewhat locked when In 4wd just may slip one side to another here and there
