This scene always gets me.. I did lose my sons mom in 2017... leaving me to raise my son on my own.... while not understanding I was filled with Hate, anger and sorrow. I didn't understand why God would do this to me. But what I didn't know was it brought me closer to God. She is no longer hurting and is part of his world now. So now that brings me joy and happiness, to know that I'll see her again after this life. God is ALWAYS on your side even if you don't understand. STAY WITH GOD and you'll understand in time why things happen.
