By getting him help with a child behaviorist you can encourage him to learn new healthy forms of communication which in turn will decrease his aggressive behavior.

However, most children develop in a similar pattern and when a child isn't advancing on the same pace as the majority of their peers, it becomes a concern. Winston is a great kid and has a substantial amount of potential, he just needs some extra help.

All kids are different and are stronger in some areas than others. Some kids walk very early, some kids speak in complete sentences by 2, some kids skip crawling all together and go from sitting up straight to walking. You can't assume there is something wrong with a child based on 10 minute videos on the internet. My little brother didn't say a single word until he was 4 years old. He knew how to do algebra at 3 and was put into gifted classes in kindergarten. Since he didn't speak does that mean he was "lagging developmentally"? No. Winston says a few words and he's going at his own pace. Looks like a happy kid to me. No frustration from what I can see. I'm sure his parents know what they're doing with they're son. And he's not violent lol Any parent of a toddler will tell you that's pretty normal.
