Goldenhills Plantation, plant 40 creep cluster for the farm hands to harvest for you(also 2 blisterwort and 2 wheat in planters by door for easy picking to make health potions). Myrwatch and Bloodchill Cavern(all three are free houses) plant Mora Tampanella and Scaly Pholiota to be able to harvest 40 total of each. Every harvest cycle you will have 40 creep cluster, 40 mora and 40 scaly. These make potions that start at 300 gold each and will eventually be worth over 3000 each. Do not get the Purity perk in Alchemy.
Easily level alchemy and speech and have plenty of money to do buy the expensive houses.
Creep cluster must be in the Goldenhills Plantation because it is basically impossible to harvest from any other planter locations. Only exception is the 6 pot style planters in the Greenhouse expansion of the Hearthfire houses.

@@jamestaylor3805 i'm running into the a very "me" issue of the DLC isn't working even though it's downloaded and I think it's because I also have the Skyrim two player mod installed (not sure if that's why) but Myrwatch just doesn't exist on my map and I am mega frowny face about it. I'm going to uninstall it and see if that makes it happen, and if so, i'm going to make all the potions haha
