- Simple steps to resolve Java installation issue that says "Another Java installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before you can run this installer"

@@flexierextra8847 open folder check again your code and your folder name then go to view and click on select extension then you will get the full name of your folder rename your folder and then go to cmd and do it again and if it’s still not working then check which drive you have saved eg c/: or sometimes it d:\ choose the correct path and open cmd from there and then it will work
& if still doesn’t work search on yt
java jk file not found and i hope you get there your answers.

Hi, you just need to delete the available files (need not be all of them).
Please try the below approaches if the issue is not resolved with the approach mentioned in the video.
1. Open Windows Task Manager, go to Services and stop Windows Installer service. Then try installing the JDK.
2. Open Windows Control Panel, and uninstall the existing JDK in case if you already have one. Then, try installing the JDK.
Do let me know if you still have issues.

For viewing hidden folders in Windows 7
Select the Start button, then select Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization.
Select Folder Options, then select the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select OK.

Delete files that are visible to you if the folder is missing then dont worry install the jdk it installed successfully

@@RandomCodez Hi, thanks for the reply. I've already found a solution to my issue. I used a website called Adoptium to download a msi version of JDK and it ran perfectly.

I didn't have the files but had the folders that they should have been in so just deleted the 'Oracle' folders instead, might regret it later but It fixed the issue
