- The Department of Justice is alleging Rep. Henry Cuellar, a Democrat from Texas, and his wife, Imelda Rios Cuellar, accepted bribes from an oil and gas company owned by the Azerbaijan government and a Mexican bank, according to an indictment obtained by CBS News.
